Your EU Responsible Person under the General Product Safety Regulation
For manufacturers and online sellers established outside the EU. We review your product and, where it qualifies, act as your EU Responsible Person under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR).

Cosmetic products are excluded from the scope of the GPSR - they are covered by the EU Cosmetics Regulation. If your product is a cosmetic, you likely need a Cosmetics Responsible Person instead.
Before we accept an appointment, we review your product, its risk assessment, technical documentation and labelling against applicable EU safety requirements. If something is missing, we tell you before you pay for representation you could not use yet.
The GPSR has no certification scheme, and no EU authority certifies consumer products under it. Treat any offer of "GPSR certification" with suspicion. We take on the legal role defined in Article 16 once your product is ready for it.
