GPSR applies as a general safety net alongside sector-specific EU legislation (Article 2). For these categories we run an extended review before quoting representation:

Food, supplements, biocides, plant protection products, machinery and PPE are also outside the scope of this service.
Medical devices and IVDs need an EU Authorised Representative, not this GPSR service. CE-marked products need certification support, not GPSR representation.
