Your EU Responsible Person under the General Product Safety Regulation
EU marketplaces increasingly require Responsible Person and safety information before a listing can go live or stay live in the EU.
Under Article 19 GPSR, distance-sales offers must clearly show manufacturer information, EU Responsible Person details for non-EU manufacturers, product identification and required warnings. Marketplaces such as Amazon collect and display this information per EU storefront, and non-compliant listings risk removal.
