AFINA s.r.o. is a company registered in the Czech Republic since 1996 and operates getGPSR.eu as its EU Responsible Person service under the General Product Safety Regulation. Genuine establishment in the Union matters for this role: Article 16 requires the responsible person to be established in the EU, not merely to present an EU-facing brand.
We do not market this role as GPSR certification - there is no such scheme. For every appointment we focus on what Article 16 actually requires: mandate clarity, document availability, risk assessment and labelling review, and a disciplined boundary between our tasks as Responsible Person and your obligations as manufacturer or importer.
