GPSR for UK sellers after Brexit

UK businesses are established outside the EU. To sell consumer products to EU consumers under the GPSR, they need an economic operator established in the EU and EU-compliant labels and listings.

What UK sellers need for the EU

A UK address is not enough

Before Brexit, a UK address could serve as the EU contact. It no longer can: the economic operator responsible under Article 16 must be established in the EU. Update packaging and listings that still show only a UK address.
